Highland View Farm

We raise Scottish Highland cattle. These are grass fed and grass finished, not finished on corn or grains. The Highland meat is very lean, naturally marbled and aged before packaging to give you the best quality and taste. This is a hearty breed so we don't need to treat them with hormones or antibiotics.
