Au Bon Canard is a small family farm in southeastern Minnesota devoted to raising and processing ducks in the old French tradition. We strive to produce high-quality Foie Gras and other duck delicacies in a hands-on artisanal manner, to provide humane living conditions for our birds throughout their life cycle, and to deliver a fresh and superior product for consumers. We care for our small flocks of pasture-raised ducks without antibiotics, dietary supplements, appetite stimulants, or growth-promoting hormones. One of three Foie Gras producers in the USA, the scale of our operation allows our ducks to live primarily outside, with plenty of sunshine, green grass, space, and bugs to nibble on, unlike our competitors.
