These beans are small, plump, and creamy and are great for soups and stews. We call them the “everything” bean, as they’re a good chili, refried, baked, bean. Grown on Meadowlark Organics farm in Ridgeway, WI as part of a diverse rotation.

We’ve done our best to clean and sort beans, but it’s always a good idea to pick through and give them a good rinse before you get cooking.
