Our cornmeal is made from a variety of open pollinated red flint corn. It produces a yellow cornmeal with deep red flecks which adds visual interest to your baked goods. This whole grain cornmeal is perfect for making cornbread and adding to cakes, cookies, and more.
Our flours and cornmeal are all stone milled which preserves the integrity and nutritional value of the grain.
