We are a sourdough bakery in Viroqua, Wisconsin sourcing exclusively local, organic, stoneground flour. We specialize in hearth loaves, sourdough crackers, and fruit pastries, but are always experimenting with new creations.
Named Rhythm Bakery as it describes the rising and falling of the sourdough starter and the ebb and flow of life. We put a lot of thought into the words behind our loaves. Our lightest loaf is called Nimbus named after the light and fluffy cloud while the whole wheat Nausicaa Loaf is a little bit heartier and shows off the flavor of the whole grain wheat and spelt flour. Symmetry is the name of their sandwich bread.
