Dogpatch Urban Gardens healthy salad dressings are curated by the urban farmer, Jenny Quiner.  Jenny is the owner of Dogpatch Urban Gardens (Des Moines, IA) and her urban farm specializes in growing organic salad greens.  She created the dressings as a way to keep salads healthy and enhance the flavors of freshly grown produce.
